DOÑA FRANCISCA is a 52-metre custom sailing yacht inspired by the great schooners of the early twentieth century. Delivered by Astillero Buquebus in 2014 after a five-year build, she is one of the world's largest carbon-fibre schooners and a rare proposition for discerning sailors and collectors. Designed by Javier Soto Acebal, her sweeping sheerline and traditional rig are paired with an advanced carbon-fibre hull, mast and boom, reducing weight while delivering strength and ocean-going performance. Proven through successful transatlantic passages, she combines global cruising capability with a relatively shallow draft that opens access to secluded anchorages. Her handcrafted interior accommodates eight guests in four cabins, including a luxurious owner's suite, with teak, mahogany and bronze detailing throughout. Expansive decks provide space for sailing, alfresco dining and relaxation, supported by dedicated crew accommodation.
