Built around post-cured infusion lamination in epoxy resin, the Standard C-Cat 65 delivers a light, rigid platform with multiaxial fabrics, carbon reinforcements, and Coracell doublecut sandwich construction. Composite bulkheads, with main structural elements in carbon, support a clean, modern profile enhanced by a carbon bimini and carbon crossbeam structure. For owners who value efficient sailing control, the rig package specifies a carbon fiber mast, stainless steel rigging with a ROD forestay, Dyneema sheets and halyards, and a ball-bearing mainsail traveller system. Harken self-tailing winches and a self-tacking jib rail with ball-bearing car keep handling streamlined. On deck, a tight-mesh trampoline, stainless stanchions, Dyneema lifelines, dedicated sail lockers, and multiple hatches support practical cruising. Technical equipment includes twin Yanmar 80 Hp inboard diesels, flexofold propellers, fuel filters/separators, and a complete electrical panel with dedicated batteries, chargers, and shore power cable for confident onboard autonomy. Two steering positions with magnetic compasses and wheels feed a hydraulic transmission system and composite rudders. Inside, oak or Alpi finishes and LED spotlights frame an L-shaped saloon and galley island with 150L fridge and 50L freezer.
Accommodation
The yacht accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 staterooms, with additional accommodation for 2 crew members.
Owner
The owner’s cabin features a double bed with a high-density polyurethane mattress, complemented by two bedside tables, a service cabinet, and generous wardrobes with shelves and hangers, including a six-door wardrobe with provision for a washing machine. The cabin is enhanced with reading and ambient lighting, spotlights above the bed headboard, and a sliding door connecting to the saloon, creating a comfortable and functional private suite.
Guests
Each guest cabin includes a private en-suite bathroom and can be configured with either double or single beds upon request. The cabins are fitted with high-density polyurethane mattresses, wardrobes with shelves and hangers, and drawers under the beds for additional storage. Bedside cabinetry, reading lights, and ambient lighting with spotlights complete the guest accommodation, providing both comfort and practicality.
Crew
Interior partitions are constructed using carbon and composite materials, while cabinetry and finishes feature natural oak or Alpi wood. Ceilings are made of marine plywood covered with eco-leather, and LED spotlight lighting runs throughout the interior spaces. Technical areas are fully separated and soundproofed, ensuring quiet operation and enhanced comfort for both guests and crew during passage.
Main Engines
The vessel is powered by 2 × Yanmar inboard diesel engines, each delivering 80 hp. The drivetrain can be configured with either “S” drive gearboxes or shaft drive gearboxes, depending on the preferred propulsion setup. Propulsion is delivered through 2 × Flexofold folding propellers, designed to enhance sailing performance by reducing drag when under sail.
Other Machinery
The yacht is equipped with a hydraulic steering transmission system for precise and reliable helm control. Fuel management is supported by fuel filters and separators, ensuring clean fuel delivery to the engines.
The onboard fresh water system includes 1 × fresh water pump with rigid food-grade water piping, ensuring safe potable water distribution. Hot water is provided via 1 × 60 L water heater, which can operate through shore power (A/C) and/or the engine heat exchanger.
Generators and Electrical Systems
The electrical system includes 2 × 100 Ah 12V maintenance-free engine batteries supported by a 20 Amp 12V battery charger. Service power is provided through 6 × 120 Ah 12V AGM batteries configured in a 24V system, with a 40 Amp 24V AC charger for efficient charging.
Additional electrical infrastructure includes a 20 m shore power cable, a complete electrical panel for AC, 12V and 24V DC systems, digital ammeter and voltmeter displays, 5 USB charging sockets, and 6 AC power outlets, ensuring reliable power supply and onboard convenience.
